Church Services

You are very welcome to join us at our Church Services.

St Michael’sTower has six bells, which are rung from the ground floor.  The heaviest bell weighs 10 cwt.  Practice nights are normally on Mondays between 7.00pm and 8.00pm and the bellringers are always happy to welcome visitors, whether they are existing ringers or have never touched a bell rope in their lives.  Anyone over the age of eleven, who wishes to learn, will be given full training and there is no need to worry because no-one is left alone until they can safely handle a bell by themselves.  If you fancy a new challenge, why not drop in and have a go.  The bellringers would be happy to meet you.
